AndroStart At-Home Lab Panel: What It Tests and How It Works

AndroStart is PRYM’s at-home baseline panel for men beginning testosterone optimization. It covers core sex hormones (including prolactin), PSA, thyroid, vitamin D, a full lipid set with ApoB, liver enzymes, and whole-blood hemoglobin & hematocrit so a clinician can review safety and efficacy markers in one kit.

What does AndroStart test?

  • Total testosterone, free testosterone index, SHBG, estradiol (E2)
  • LH, FSH, DHEA-S, cortisol, and prolactin
  • Total PSA for prostate-health monitoring
  • TSH, free T3, free T4
  • Vitamin D
  • Lipids including cholesterol, HDL, LDL, VLDL, triglycerides, ratios, ApoB, and LDL/ApoB
  • Liver enzymes ALT, AST, GGT, and total bilirubin
  • Hemoglobin & hematocrit (whole-blood path; may require a second collection device)

How it works

  1. Order AndroStart ($120). Lab test kits ship discreetly in the US, free on kit orders of $100 or more ($10 shipping below that).
  2. Collect your sample at home with the included RedDrop device.
  3. Return it to the lab. Typical turnaround is 3–5 business days after the lab receives your sample.
  4. Review your results with a qualified healthcare professional.
